About Laura Canning

I am a journalist, novelist and scriptwriter and have published pieces in local and national publications on a variety of topics including politics, comment and humour. I have extensive editing, sub-editing and proofreading experience across a wide range of genres, including novels, manuals, self-help books, ebooks, academic reports and theses, and website content. I am also a published novelist (to critical acclaim for Taste the Bright Lights), am a tutor for an online creative writing diploma, covering poetry, drama, memoir, non fiction and journalism as well as short stories and novels, and am an experienced EFL course writer and teacher.
